Exercise For The Cheek

This easy exercise can be done anywhere and anytime…even while you’re doing your routine stuff and it need no preparation and doesn’t need much time.

smile1st movement:
This movement is very simple that can be done when you sitting at home or at work. Relax for 1 minute and start to calm down. Start smiling, very slowly in a relaxed manner for half a minute. Let go and relax while counting to ten. Repeat three times. Then start moving your cheek slowly into (in a sucking manner) your mouth and place it between the teeth. Hold for 10 count, let go and relax while counting to ten. Repeat 10 times.

2nd movement:
Close your mouth, shut both lips and teeth tight. Take a deep breath and blow hard in the mouth. Directing it to the upper lips first, hold and count to ten. Next shift it to the left cheek, lower lips and lastly the right cheek. Relax while counting to ten while you move your mouth around. Repeat this five times.
