Releasing Anger

Feeling sad, hurt, anger and even grudge is human. But there are ways in which we are able to reduce those feeling and maybe even erase them for good. And the answer is to listen and understand.

Understanding the problem and why it occurred is very important as it is root of everything. Try to clarify to yourself that you have given this a fair chance and not wallow in self pity or protecting yourself. Then try to switch places with the person you are having the problem with. Has he or she been fair enough in trying to avoid this misunderstanding?

Next try to be them and feel what is happening in their life. This may not be the answer but it will help you to understand how that person was feeling at that moment. Then try to create your own cure without them coming to ask for forgiveness and you will feel much better.
