Simple Exercise To Overcome Sluggish and Tiredness.

If you’re feeling rather sluggish and tired, try these simple exercises. Sit comfortably in a chair, lift your right knee and touch with left hand. Repeat this with the other knee and hand. Do it quickly for ten minutes. Cognitive researchers said that tired and lethargic is often caused by one side of the brain not stimulated. Because the left hemisphere of the brain regulate the right side of the body, and it works in a kind of vice versa.
Perform this movement or exercise will balance the energy in both hemispheres. Good luck and happy trying.
