Uplifting Your Mind Power

mind powerIn my previous entry I’ve wrote about waking up the brain through exercise. Today I would like to write about the same topic but not through exercise but through habit. Yes, your everyday habit and your habitual safe zone so get out of your everyday safe zone and try new experience.

Do something new and challenging. For instance, go watch a film at the cinema or to a party alone. Don’t drive to work but take the public transport. Try attending a conference that is a higher level then yours and make sure you mingle around with the people there. Learn some martial arts skill as it also useful for your fitness. Change your usual recreation place to new things like hiking and camping. And make sure you learn a new word each morning and try to use it in your conversation.

Of coz you can’t do that all at once but try to do two new things at the same time and you will have a greater mind power.
