Waking Up The Brain

There are many ways on how we can start training the other side of brain that we don’t normally use. There are simple exercise and movement that can help to do that. And by doing that exercise can really increase the brain power or ability to think and memory by twice as much.

brainResearches and expert believe that by training some parts of the body that we don’t normally use can helps trigger that part of the brain to start working. For instance if you are right legged, try to use your left leg more and if you are a right handed try to use of your left hand more. Try off with simple things like writing on a paper or even picking things up. But be sure you do it slowly and try not to practice it while doing dangerous things like cutting things with a scissors or knife, handling hardware and especially while driving. Take it slowly, one step at a time and discover the feeling the other side of brain as it start to work.
