Omega-3 Helps Sight

Want your vision too remains sharp even though you aged? From now on try to consume foods rich in omega-3. Food that is rich in omega-3 mostly comes from the sea such as mackerel and tuna.
These results were obtained after a 10-year study of 38.022 women aged over 45. The data obtained are that only 235 women suffer quite severe from age-related macular disease (AMD). AMD is a vision disorder caused by aging factors. From this research can be concluded that people who consume lots of foods rich in omega-3 stand 35% less exposed to AMD.
