Many people think slim is eating less. We cut-out portion of our meal just for that slim look but the result is all we that loss is energy. If we want to have a lean and healthy body, try this effective way of dieting.

For example, we had been accustomed to 2,000 calories per day. Then due to dieting, we reduce the size of the meal carbo to about 1200’s. This will certainly make our systems surprise. Efforts to be thin will only be even be more difficult, because the body will initiated to save available energy to adapt to the new much less calorie. Meanwhile, the level of fat in our body remains the same, because the body can not process it into energy.

Instead, try gradually decrease the portion. Weight loss can not go down in an instant. Necessary changes in diet and activity is necessary to burn fat in the bodies. Its standards that’s way, although we reduced food portions, we do not feel hungry. It means the step by step ways that we make is correct.

If we are forced to eat in small portions, we will surely starve. This is dangerous, and can make us get stuck in a yo-yo diet. The process of weight loss could only be step by step and with regular exercise activity.
