Preventing Breast Cancer

soy_milkBreast cancer can be prevented with a healthy and control diet. One out of three cases of breast cancer is because of eating too much less healthy food. While a healthy diet can helps maintain a better immune system, prevention of disease can also be obtained by eating certain foods and reducing certain other foods.

Try to eat more foods rich in fiber as it can help reduce levels of prolactin and estrogen. That way you started to reduce the next phase of carcinogenesis (cancer formation).

You can also reduce or the risk of breast cancer growth by reducing fatty foods. Soybeans and soy products have long been known as inhibitors of cancer growth and tumors.

Sweet potatoes, carrots and vegetables with dark green leaf like spinach and mustard is rich in vitamin A. Vitamin A prevents the formation of cancer. While vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C can help lower the risk of breast cancer.
