Try Being A Flexible Vegetarian

There are two types of vegetarians. The first one, that really keeps away from any kind of meat and the other that are flexible to some kind of dish from animals. The kind that is often call as the ‘part-time vegetarian’.

If you are in the second category and are not able to follow a “hardcore” vegetarian diet that is also fine if you apply to some principles of a vegetarian but still be flexible and do so without feeling guilty.

Some practice the vegetarian diet twice a week and there are some that become vegetarian two or three month in a year. And there are also some that practice vegetarian diet when they want to loose weight by only allowing calories from vegetables and fruits.

Being a vegetarian and a flexible vegetarian do have it benefits. The benefit of being a vegetarian or some call it back to nature is that it usually is low in blood pressure. But what ever reason practicing these diet will bring more good then harm.
