Fatigue Food Fighter

Feeling tired? This could be a sign from fatigue. However, do not rush to take sweet snacks or drinking excessive fresh coffee. Try these delicious foods rich in nutrients.

Yogurt
Maybe abdominal pain and fatigue are unrelated. However, for people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), both of these things have a strong relationship. CFS is caused by an imbalance between good and bad bacteria in the digestive system.
Therefore, try consuming yogurt that is rich in good bacteria called probiotics on regular basis from now on.

Whole wheat
For those of you who are on a diet will probably flinch when they hear the word carbohydrate. However, these nutrients can not always be avoided. Because, it is undeniable carbohydrates have an important role in increasing energy.
To get around this, you just need to do one easy step. Choose snacks such as whole wheat crackers compared to foods made from flour. Thus, the body will digest and release much slower. Sugar complex carbohydrates in the blood will become more stable.

Walnuts
This one is a must if you get tired often and easily. A person who gets tired easily suffers from CFS which is low in Omega-3. Walnuts contain omega-3 and by consuming 28 grams of walnuts per day you can reduce the symptom that usually occurs in people with CFS.
