Not only children who need nap, we do too. Sleepiness that attack in the day is disturbing. Moreover, when homework or officework is piling up. Rather then you drinking caffeine, it helps to turn to the most traditional way, take a nap.
Do not rush ‘accused’ nap are just for the kids. We also need a nap as it will not only make us feel much better it also improve mental performance.
