Aspirin Reduces Colorectal Cancer

aspirinAll this while, Aspirin is known to work as a headache remedy. Some doctors also often used as a blood diluter. But it’s the latest research that found low-dose of aspirin can reduce koloretal cancer (cancer of the colon and rectum). Also can reduce the risk of polyps as one of the signs of pre-cancer of the colon.
This research evaluated the effect of aspirin on colorectal cancer 2.279 new patients. Then 2.907 compared with healthy volunteers as a control. Aspirin 75mg of doses was given to patients with colorectal 15.5% and 18.1% of healthy volunteers.
The result is aspirin does reduce colorectal cancer after a year of use. More significant reduction of cancer cells after 5 and 10 years of aspirin consumption. Decrease in malignant tumors can reach 20% -30%
