5 Anti-Fat Foods

Compared to reducing food rations and torturing the stomach, it would be better to eat slimming foods.

Fill our salad bowl with green leafy vegetables such as lettuce and spinach. These vegetables are low in calories. Although we consume these vegetables as much as 460 grams, calories that goes into the body is only 20? Amazing isn’t it?

Popcorn
