At 30s: Burn More Fat.

As age increases, it’s not a reason to reduce the time of exercise. Instead, we must add the duration of which we do, to have the proportional body that we have now.
If we want to burn more fat at 30s, just add 60 minutes of your exercise time for the whole week. According to experts, the addition time will help the body burn fat 3 times more.
These results are evident from observations made on two groups of volunteers. The first group of cardio exercise for half an hour, two times a week. They managed to lose 2 pounds of fat in 8 weeks. While both groups performed 4 times a week exercise session, but the same duration, ie half an hour. The result, they managed to lose weight to 8 kg.
The experts believe, the more often you exercise, your appetite, too depressed. So who says age slows the ability of our body work. If we start adding the duration of the exercise starting today, we will never experienced degradation in shape.
