Avoid Unhealthy Habits

Often mistakes are made when trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.
It may be that during the time we have our regular exercise to lead to a healthy sleep patterns or other things. Below are common mistakes, do we do any of that?

Setting the Music Too Loud
Exercising is healthy. But what happens if you exercise while putting on an iPod or MP3player too loud? Listening to music via the MP3 player or iPod with the volume above 85 decibels during exercising can have a high risk on hearing.

Avoiding Scales
Most women are afraid to see the scales. This thing can suddenly change they mood seeing the needle shift to the right. But this action is really wrong as they do not know how much they really weight. If we’re in to reduce or maintain weight, we need feedback from the scales. And the right time to do so is in the morning and in a state of undress,
thus we will know how much weight has been reduced. However, it is important that we should not be too obsessed with the numbers generated by the scales. Because our weight change everyday, even in a matter of hours.

Always Using Contact Lenses
Do you have a cold or cough? Immediately replace your contact lenses with glasses. Our eyes do not work well when we are sick. When you’re sick, the eye also decreased its tears production. Thus, the contact lens wearing will make the eyes susceptible to irritation.
Use glasses until you feel better. Or if you still want to use contact lenses, wear disposable lenses to avoid infection of the eye.
