Bad Habits At The Office

Lets free ourselves from the habits that could hurt the body.
Eight hours. That’s the minimum time we spend every day working face to face with the office computer. This forced us too rarely move. Not surprisingly, a variety of complaints such as aches and back pain.
Perhaps, without realizing we did one of these activities that should be avoided when working in the office.

Distracted Eating.
Eating at your desk is a mistake. Who knows how many bacteria lodged in there? However, the biggest problem is when we consciously mix work with eating activities. This could be a disaster for a diet program we are in. How to eat like this could potentially enter into the body of excess calories without realizing it.
To avoid this, take a time-out of the office table and eat elsewhere. Thus we will focus on what we eat and not on the job.

Legs crossed.
These little things are often done unconsciously. Sitting like this can give excessive pressure on the feet. In addition, these practice also likely to be the reason why we feel back pain. So, do not cross your legs too long.

Never Rest.
Angry because the work never stops and shows the end point? Making us reluctant to leave the office desk. And by doing so, we no longer do the small but important things. For instance, drinking, out for lunch, or rest the tired eyes.
