Best Exercising Time

By not exercising the body in the morning means we’ve missed a golden opportunity to get great benefits.
Maybe not a morning person would shake their head when encouraged to exercise in the morning. Many reasons would comes out from their lips, like they can’t get up early, have to clean up the house, or even used to work out in the afternoon or evening. But here are the reasons why we should try to get up early and start to move the body:

Burn Extra Calories
Researchers say that those who exercise in the morning will also exercise harder than at other time. In other words, burning more calories far more than an exercise in the afternoon or evening. This is because in the morning, they feel more energetic and more focused.

Stick to the Routine.
By exercising in the morning, we automatically stick to the schedule. Not change the schedule that has been neatly arranged in the last moment and at last miss exercising.

More Relaxed
Often we are faced with two choices, exercising after work or hangout with friends. By replacing the gym to the morning, we no longer have headache thinking about this. After work, we have free time to gather with family and dear friends.

So, don’t forget to set the alarm an hour earlier and get all the benefits above. Happy exercising!
