Beware Of Cataract

Cataract are opacities in the lens of the eye, which causes a person’s vision became blurry or until total darkness. This is because the incoming light can not reach the retina, blocked by the cloudy lens.

Symptoms of Cataract:
1. Blurred or foggy vision
3. In the light, the eye becomes dazzled
4. See broken light rays
5. Vision in a dark room is more apparent than in the bright room

Causes of Cataracts:
The cause of most is due to the process of aging / degeneration, which leads the eye’s lens becomes cloudy.
Other causes include:
1. Diseases such as diabetes
2. Trauma / injury to the eye
3. The use of drugs in the long term (steroids)
4. Exposed to excessive sunlight (ultraviolet)

Up to now there is no cure for cataract. Surgery using phacoemulsificationcataract technology is the only best known. Leaving only a very small incision wound from 1.8 to 2.2 mm to make the healing process faster.
