Coffee Helps Prevent Endometrial Cancer

This black drink could reduce the risk of endometrial cancer.
Sleepy but not ready for bed yet? Coffee will be the best solution to solve the problem. Not only that, some are also accustomed to sip a cup of the black liquid before starting the day.
The good news are caffeinated coffee drinkers who consumed more than 4 cups a day can reduce the risk of cancer of the endometrial (the innermost lining of the uterus) up to 30%. Even if we chose to drink decaffeinated coffee also, we can enjoy the same benefits by 22%. That was the results of a study of 67 thousand women recently.
Studies show that women, who drank coffee, regular or decaffeinated, have fewer risks of endometrial cancer
Coffee has the ability to increase resistance to insulin which will lower the level of insulin in the blood. The level of insulin is closely related to the risk of endometrial cancer which is even higher.
This protective effect is stronger among women who are obese, smokers or former smokers, menopause, and who are not following hormone therapy.
