Add milk in the yogurt and granola
Pour 115 grams of skim milk in yogurt or granola that we consume. Thus, we have added 4.4 grams of protein, 158 mg calcium and 210 mg of potassium. Skim milk contains 45 calories and will also make breakfast taste better.

Don’t just eat egg whites
Eat the whole egg. Egg whites do contain fewer calories, cholesterol, and saturated fat. However, do not forget about the efficacy of egg yolk. It contains all the vitamins your body needs, such as B12, vitamin D, and iron.

Eat fruits
Compared to make juice, eat fresh fruit. By eating the pulp and husk, we provide extra fiber to your body. Fresh fruits contain 4.4 grams of fiber. Compare with orange juice which contains only 0.5 grams of fiber. Fresh fruits also have fewer calories. Orange juice has 121 calories, while the fruit has only 86 calories.
