Electronics Could Cause Insomnia?

Keep your favorite smartphones and laptops out of bed if you do not want this to happen to you.
Having trouble sleeping or insomnia is not a new disease that often affects the professionals, but could affect anyone. However, a current study found that insomnia could also be caused by the presence of electronic items around us.
This is shown by a survey conducted that found 70% of six thousand adults surveyed have a habit of status updates on social networking sites, sending email and follow celebrity status before going to sleep through their electronic devices.
Actually the bright light that comes out of computer screens and mobile phones when we’re in bed can make the body confusion. The body feels it is still in the day time and also make the brain’s ability to rest less. Using phone and computer in the bedroom are a common cause of sleep problems.
Do not ruin our night’s sleep just because these electronic. If you’re having trouble sleeping, read a book. Although this sounds old-fashioned but it does make us sleep naturally.
