Want to start the day with a fresh mind and full concentration? From now on lets be friends with the food named eggs. Researchers said eggs are able to defeat substance properties of carbohydrates contained in biscuits, chocolate and other sweets.
Carbohydrates are associated with energy enhancer substance. Therefore, we often eat it in the morning so that have the energy at work and for the full day. However, researchers said the protein is in the egg too can make the body stay energized. It is even far more effective than the consumption of carbohydrates.
The researchers also found a protein in the egg white can activate brain cells to release stimulant called orexin. Stimulants that will make us feel energized throughout the day. This is interesting because we have a way to activate cells in the brain simply by selecting the type of food consumed.
People who have eggs rather than toast for breakfast, although both have similar amounts of calories but the proteins that possessed in eggs will make the body burn more calories.
Replace our breakfast menu with eggs and feel the surge of energy that will last all day.
