Illness makes movement become limited? Especially for someone who likes to move. But these 4 types of exercise can still be done to give movement to the body.

Yoga or Stretching
No need to question the advantages of yoga. A series of yoga poses will help blood circulation to the muscles and relaxing the body. Not surprisingly when the stress that arises because of the pain will slowly reduced.

Water Aerobic
Still want to do exercise in times of illness? It is better to try it in the water. This media can still make us do the same type of movement, but with a smaller impact at lower speeds.
Extra moisture provided by the air when our heads are above water will also help breathing. Plus, this position could also prevent chlorine irritation to eyes, nose, and throat.

Weight exercises
Not all strength training are suited to do when you’re sick. Avoid strength training combined with cardio. Type of low-intensity weight training is recommended to be done at home but do it as light as possible.

Walking around
Time to wear shoes and walk around outside. Walking get your heart rate increases and blood circulation run more smoothly. A brisk walk will provide clean air for the body.
