Fungus-Free Nails

One of the problems many feared is skin fungus. Imagine when they appear on the fingers or feet. Not only it feels uncomfortable, but also would interfere with everyday activities. About 20 percent of people often experience nail fungus problems. Nails fungus which is caused by dermatophytes fungus more often appears on your toes as the foot is often covered and damp. This condition is certainly an advantage for the fungus to grow.
Signs of fungus are when the hands or feet nails color turns brown to black. Nails also seem thicker than usual. Other characteristics, finger or toenail feels very itchy. If you experience one or all of these signs, you can try overcoming it using the following ways.

Soak nails in a container of vinegar. You could also pour vinegar into a spray bottle, and then spray the affected nails.let it sit for a few minutes. After that, wash with clean water and dry it. The acidity of vinegar is proven to relieve itching caused by fungus.

Apply tea tree oil. Make sure the fingers and toes had been cleaned and dried. Let it sit for a few minutes, then rinse and dry. Tea tree oil contains compounds called terpenoids, which contain antiseptic and anti-fungal properties.

Soak with mouthwash. Generally, mouthwash containing thymol, eucalyptol, and salicylate. All the effective elements for killing bacteria and fungi. Clean and dry the nail, then soak in liquid mouthwash. Let it sit for 10minutes, then wash and dry.

Grease the itchy finger or nail with a mixture of 1 tablespoon olive oil and 2 drops of essential oregano oil. Oregano oil also contains anti fungal properties, analgesic, antiseptic, and antibacterial, making it ideal for treating infections.
