Happy = Long Life

Do not let fear and uncertainty cut our lives short.
Apparently the term happiness led to a long life is not just a figment.
Study involving more than 3,800 people aged 52-79 years. Each person is given a question about the level of happiness and anxiety in a day. Apparently, the results prove that those with higher levels of happiness have the risk of death 35% lower than those who are not happy. This suggests that happiness is associated with biological processes or other behavioral factors that enhance survival. So, from now on start spreading smiles and happiness to share with people nearby for a longer life.
