Fear of taking medication because of the side effects? Here are some nature medication that can help us overcome some health problems, and certainly safer.

Cocoa.
Consuming cocoa every day for 2 weeks, can lower blood pressure for chronic hypertension. Researchers found the content of epicatechin in cocoa, helps improve blood vessel function by helping to relax the arterial wall. To obtain the same results with the studies above, we should be able to meet the 450 mg flavanols or a cup of hot cocoa, 2 times a day.

Green Tea.
Although these findings are still limited to animal studies, but the ability of green tea can help the body in the fight against rheumatoid arthritis. Drinking green tea for 3 weeks can reduce dose of rheumatoid arthritis injected in mice. Plus, the content of polyhenols in green tea can boost the immune system.

Vinegar.
Wash your feet every night with a mixture of vinegar and water (1:2) to get rid of odor-causing bacteria. Or, soak your feet every day in black tea (cooled) for 30 minutes. The content of tannins in tea will kill the bacteria and remember that bacteria love to live in damp areas.

Olive oil.
Apply olive oil 2-3 times a day to soften, moisturize and heal dry lips. This trick will instantly make your lips feel better, but it took several days before the lip will heal by itself.
