Who does not want to sleep without any annoying distractions? Not everyday we are able to get the best quality eight hours sleep. Thoughts about work piling up and insomnia make interrupt sleep time. Meanwhile, sufficient quantity and quality sleep is needed for a healthier body.
But not to worry, follow this easy three tips and you can enjoy a good night sleep. Good night.

Alcohol Before Sleep.
A glass of wine before setting foot on the bed can indeed help us to sleep. But don’t get it wrong as liquor can later ruin our sleep patterns. Based on the research, people who drink alcohol before bed will reduce the period of sleep for 20 minutes. Not to mention that they often wake up during sleep.

Night Sports.
Physical activity and night sports can indeed make us tired and gives us a good night sleep but doing it before bed will only make the body fresh and difficult to sleep. Do exercise with the of gestures 3-4 hours before bedtime.

Electronic Around Us.
Keep your laptop, smartphone, television, and all electronic items from the bedroom. Our interactions with these objects will disrupt sleep patterns. The light that comes out of this electronic screen suppresses the production of the hormone melatonin which is needed for us to become sleepy and falls asleep.
