Forgetting snacks time while dieting will only make us take us gain weight.
Snacking is often considered fating and causes accumulation of calories. However, the fact is snacking also have positive effects if done correctly. Indeed, through this that we can reduce weight. Here are 3 reasons why we should not miss hours and how to do it healthy.

Prevent Eating Too Much.
Waiting for the stomach to become too hungry before you eat is something that shouldn’t be done during dieting. Prepare a low-calorie snack to meet the needs of the body. Thus, at the next meal we will not blindly eat because off too hungry. In addition, snacking helps your metabolism runs as it should.

Ensure the Nutrition Full Of Energy
Eating three meals a day does not sufficient achieve compliance targets for daily nutrition. By eating healthy snack then will we be able to achieve that.

Snacks that contain a combination of protein and complex carbohydrates can prevent us from feeling weak due to lack of energy. It is because eating snack can helps regulate blood sugar in the body and prevent energy shortages.

Provide snack for twice a day. And in order not to over snaking, we must know the calories for each portion of snack. Snacks for the first session should be under 100 calories. However, for the next session should be between 100-200calories. Do not be afraid to eat snack from now on.
