Steps To A Tighter Body Without Exercise

Sometimes without us knowing, easy things we often do can helps tighten the muscles and shape the body. This activity are and examples.

Busyness is often the main reason for not exercising. We often feel that we often runs out of time, in front of the desk and computer at work and have to take the work home. That means you are sitting for almost 12hrs a day without much movement. Slowly and surely, fat and calories will accumulate in the body and keeps the body sagged.
Get rid of all the wrong reasons! There are 4 things you can do to keep the body healthy and strong even though you are not at the gym doing workout.

1. Use the stairs at the office. Use it during you arrive, break time, lunch and leaving. By walking up and down stairs, we have trained the lower body strength without realizing it.

2. During lunch time, try to do some walking and stretching. It will be really good on the heart.

3. If the work place is near your home, do not drive to work. Walk! This helps tighten the calf. If this is not possible, the bicycle could be one solution.

4. When you need to get something after work, use a shopping basket instead of the push cart. This makes the upper body always working and contracting
