Times To Stop Exercising.

Do not force the body to exercise when we are in these conditions.
Spending time from exercising or sports is not always derived from the word lazy. There are certain conditions that require us not to do fitness activities. These are the some of reasons why.

Ill
Not all pain or sickness is a reason for not exercising. Use the rule above the neck to check whether the pain that we suffer requires us to rest. Above the neck is actually symptoms of illness that involved part of the body above the neck such as colds and coughs. However, if the illness is such
as stomach cramps and fever, the best solution is to take a total break from exercising until you really feel much better. Don’t force your body to move beyond its strength in times of illness.

Injury
Serious injury such as sprains and fractures are the conditions that will make us stop doing exercise totally. Stop forcing movement to the specific place of injury and cause more damage. If needed, visit the therapist to know the best way to heal injuries.

The body does need rest
Exercising constantly and excessively will only make the body tired. As our muscles also need time to repair themselves especially during illness and healing. Rest is needed to prevent muscle injury due to overused sometimes.
