How to do yoga:
If you are people new to yoga, then the first thing to learn is to learn how to breathe correctly.
Breathe through your nose for 5 counts. Hold your breath for 2 counts and exhale in a 5 count. This will empty the lungs completely. Do this 5 times.
Having mastered how to breathe, you are ready to combine them with motion. Take a beginner class with qualified yoga instructors and disciplines present at the class for 1 hour a week. Even by doing yoga 10 minutes a day can significantly improve our mood.
The key is consistency in doing yoga.
