Activity In Rhythm

Remember, we are not robots!
After the holidays, most people hope that things will returned as normal as they now have to go back to work. However, we are not machines, we do not have a button that can just compressed and end all existing habits.
Family problems that arise during the holidays, dizziness because given the amount of money spent during the holidays can make us not in the mood for routine as usual. If this happens, give us grace in time for the next few days. Do not feel annoyed or depressed if we can not give 100% of our ability to work as usual.
Many people underestimate rhythm. Though greatly influenced the work rhythm and mood of a person’s physical condition. Accustomed to an irregular rhythm during the holidays may make us be surprised when they return to work. Try making a simple rhythm like time to the gym or out with friends. Believe, your body will get used to the rhythm of the existing.
Omega-3
This nutrition is good for the network in our brain and it can be the driving reason for our mood. This happens because omega-3 will make lots of tissue in the brain. You can find this nutrients in fish and walnuts.
Do high-intensity exercise
Exercising after a long vacation might be the last thing one would performed. But consider, high intensity exercise if you want to come back excited. You can try sports such as kickboxing or interval exercise. This exercise will give us a better spirit.
