By Walk Or Treadmill

With the aim to make the bones stronger, whether using treadmill or walking is as good as both exercise increase bone density. Do we perform walk around the house area or a treadmill, these two techniques are both effective to strengthen our bones.
To strengthen the bones, we need to move our muscles and bones opposite to the gravitational force. The result, the bone will be able to adapt to our weight and withdrawal in muscle cells will make production more and more and make our bones stronger.
We tend to prefer running on asphalt or concrete soil than in clay. Even though good for the bones, but walking on a hard surface will give effect and excess pressure on the muscles and our bones, making it easier to trigger the occurrence of injuries in the legs when walking.
Whichever way and running surfaces you choose, try to always wear shoes with good quality facilities and the vibration absorbing soles thick in the middle.
