Don’t Forget Red Meat

Most people who are on a diet still eat meat. But the only meat they consume only come from fish or chicken. This eating pattern will face many problems that are the same as a person eating junk food because both these foods have very little iron.
Nutrition is a vital role in the body. Aside, facilitating the movement of oxygen in the blood, iron also release energy and support immune system function.
Lack of iron levels in the body can have some side effects such as always feeling tired, lack of energy, and less able to concentrate.
This was revealed by a poll conducted. A total of more than two thousand people involved in it. The results showed a quarter of the population has iron intake that is too little. Two-thirds of this amount did not know the dangers of iron deficiency.
Do not limit yourself with fish and chicken. Eating red meat can be a healthy choices.
Meat is a major source of protein, B vitamins, and minerals such as iron and zinc.
Furthermore, the researchers recommend replacing several meals a week to foods rich in iron such as beef steak and watercress. Some of these foods will make us feel more energized and help the body maintain healthy immune system.
Choosing healthy menu would be better for the body. Choose beef that has no fat so that weight-loss program still runs well and body health maintained.
