Enjoy Snacks Before Exercising

Myth says exercising on an empty stomach can make you burn more fat. But, research shows if you do this, we will tend to incorporate more calories after exercise because you’re too hungry.
Therefore, it helps us by filling the stomach with low calorie snack that is a combination of carbohydrates and little protein. These foods will provide enough fuel needed for exercise.
Raisins
Do not suddenly eat foods with complex carbohydrates and protein immediately before exercise. This could lead us to experience abdominal pain. The solution, take a friendly little snack for the tongue, but has 25 grams of simple carbohydrates. Raisins is an example and other than black is easy to digest it contains vitamins, minerals that is required by the body.
Dark chocolate
Known for its capability to reduce stress, dark chocolate can also provide additional energy before exercising. This snack contains flavonoids called epicatechin that will help us fight the fatigue during exercise.
Eat a few small piece of chocolate, about 5 grams. This portion is just right before undergoing exercise session.
Coffee
Another good news for the lovers of this bitter black drink. Caffeine in coffee will contribute to create energy and increase flexibility and speed. It also makes the body burn more fat.
However, do not just sip a cup of coffee before exercise, as it may irritate the digestive tract. Complete the coffee session at least 30 minutes prior to exercise to get the best results.
