Shutting yourself in the room is not good for the blood

Smoke and pollution. This could be the two main reasons making us reluctant to spend time outdoor and doing outdoor activities. However, research proves that being too long in the room can be bad for your health.
The study found that chemicals present in indoor environment were also found in the body of people in it. Exact location is in the blood.
This study involved 31 employees working in closed environment or rooms. When examined, a series of chemicals used to clean the carpet until the stain remover on the seats was also present in serum that exists in the body of the 31 workers. Researchers found the highest levels of these substances are in a new building, and the blood of the people who work there.
In other cases, people who seldom get fresh air from can be exposed to even worse consequences. Recorded hundreds of thousands of people die from inhaling smoke continually used to heat their homes. Until now, the health effects for humans are not too clear. However, this can certainly bad for the liver and immune system.
So, do not keep yourself locked inside the home or office. At least, open the windows and doors so that air can get into the room.
