Fish Oil, Supplements For Muscle Forming

Fish oil may be good for vision and preventing the skin from dryness. Consumption of fish oil regularly can maximize the results of strength training that we are running.
Fish oil supplements can maximize the formation of muscle responses that occur when we do strength training sessions. In line with the process of formation, fish oil also keeps us from some of the negative effects of aging such as decreased muscle mass.
A study involved 45 women who were then divided into 3 groups. The first group just did strength training. The second group did strength training while taking 2 grams of fish oil. Both groups did this for 90 days. The last group did strength training and gets an extra intake of fish oil for 150 days. Intake of fish oil was started 60 days before they start strength training program.
Those who received fish oil supplements showed a greatest increase in the capacity function and muscle strength. However, interesting is a third group who started taking fish oil 60 days before starting the strength training does not have the additional advantage over the second group.
From this study proved that the content of omega-3 acids in fish oil is the secret weapon to build muscle. Omega 3 not only tightens the body but also can ward off diseases like cancer, reduce injuries, improve brain function, and restore the mood.
