Get Fun And Fit With Exercise Ball

Tired of routine exercise at the gym? Do not let boredom distanced us from the dream of the ideal body, immediately get rid of boredom by varying the exercise itself. No need to bother thinking about what types of exercises and tools used. Because these two different exercises can be done using only an exercise ball.

This tool is multifunctional. Not only can be lifted, exercise ball can also be sat on and be a place to lie down. Exercise ball is very effectively use to in the aim to strengthen the muscles of the body. Wait no longer, take your exercise ball and try these three exercises.

Exercise for better stamina.
This exercise could also serve as a warm up before we start doing strength training. Do each move for 1 minute.
• Sit on the exercise ball, and then bounce in a jumping movement on it.
• Hold the ball with both hands; put it in front of the chest. Then lift up above the head. Lower it again and repeat several times.
• Hold the ball with both hands in front of the chest. Rotate slowly in circle to the left and right.

Exercise to tighten the muscles, bones and joints.
Perform this exercise as much as 2 sets, 10-12 reps each.
• Do ball pushups. Movement of push-ups with the position of the thighs on the ball and both hands touching the floor.
• Ball squats. Place the ball on the wall parallel to the back. Then lean back on the ball to do squat jump movement.
• Do the sit-ups with the whole body weight rested on the ball.
