Heartbreak Can Really Hurt The Heart

Do not let sadness break the heart
Loss of a loved one can suddenly turn a beautiful world to collapse instantly. This feeling is normal for a person and it’s also good to grief and say goodbye. But it’s sad to say these feeling do actually increase the heart rate, blood pressure, and blood clotting and this condition could lead to a sudden heart attack.
A study, involving nearly two thousand adults who have had deep heartbreak due to grieving their partners ( wife, husband) death have a higher risk up to 53%. Most of the causes are from heart attacks and strokes.
Heart attacks and strokes occur because at the beginning of the process of grieving some losses sleep, loss of appetite, and the high levels of the hormone cortisol. The risk of heart attack increased 21 times on the first day abandoned. This figure dropped to 6 times in the week after the pair left.
Who wants a broken heart? But, if it really happens, spent time in a positive environment with support of the people closest. Friends and relatives of people who are grieving should provide support to prevent unexpected incidents. Especially in the early days of griefing.
