Undeniably, fat makes food taste so much better. However, as we know too much fatty food intake can be bad. Need vigilance and a high intention to reduce these cravings. Let’s control the tongue and the desire with these 3 ways:
Make a “Do Not Buy List”
Don’t ever over unhealthy foods when eating at a restaurant. By doing this, we will put ourselves at risk to finishing it. Calorie intake becomes very high.
Identify edible fats
Not all fats are created balanced. Be careful when choosing this type of fat to be consumed. This can help us reduce and even stop the unhealthy food cravings. Keep away all the foods that have saturated fats. Saturated fats are harmful to the body because it can increase the risk of heart disease and several other diseases.
Consider the portion
Edible fat is not always bad. Eating a serving of high fat foods can be more fun than eating low-fat version of it. The important thing is we do not consume more fat than the recommended daily intake. Contribution of fat should be only 20% -35% of the total food consumed.
