Lettuce, apple juice, and potatoes are included as a healthy food which we consume. But do you, there are other foods that could substitute those foods as replacement with a much more nutritious intake for the body.
Let us now replace those foods with something better and let the body will feel the benefits.
Honeydew Melon

White chocolate
Swap with Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate is worth to be added in the favorite snacks list. Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants, it helps in lowering stress and this kind of chocolate also has up to more 3,5 times higher iron content than white chocolate.
