Two Days Without Carbohydrate Diet

Who would have thought just by cutting out carbo two days a week can trim the fat in the abdomen.
Dieting for a whole week sometimes make us feel bored. According to a study conducted by researchers this can be overcome easily. Cutting carbohydrate intake 2 days a week is the answer. The rest, we can eat normally.
Research shows those who do carbo diet for 2 days to lose more weight than those who undergo the Mediterranean diet 1,500 calories a day, since carbohydrate restriction has the same effect with energy restriction.
The study involved 88 women for 4 weeks. They were divided into 3 groups. The first group underwent carbo diet for 2 days and restricting to 650 calories in a day. The second group, a diet of 1,500 calories Mediterranean. The third group carbo diet 2 days without any restrictions limit the calories in a day.
At the end of the study, the two groups that did carbo diet with or without caloric restriction decreased body weight to 4 pounds. While the group that did an everyday diet actually decreased only 2 pounds. In addition to decreased body weight, both groups also experienced an increase in leptin and insulin that suppress breast cancer risk.
If we want to do it, do some of this. You can eat protein and good fats in those two days. It’s just skip the bread, pasta, and vegetables like potatoes and carrots bulbous so as not to reach the limit of 50 grams. Other menus that can be enjoyed in the days of low carbo diet is nuts, leafy vegetables, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, broccoli, eggplant, and cauliflower.
