Walnut A Good Companions For Our Heart

It is time to add whole or chopped walnuts over the salad. According to a recent study, raw or roasted walnut is good for heart health.
Researchers compared the amount of antioxidants called polyphenols contained in 9 types of beans in either raw or roasted and two types of peanut butter. They also test how effective antioxidant that is in the bean by using laboratory analysis. And the champion is walnut!
Walnuts contain the highest and strongest polyphenol. The content could reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering cholesterol levels in the blood, increasing blood flow, and relieve inflammation associated with heart disease.
Very nutritious and good for the heart, that’s what it is and not surprisingly it’s well to be made as daily snacks. Eating a handful of walnuts every day can help provide a better heart health. Or can we also try to add in walnuts into food we cook.
