Yoga: Breast Cancer Best Survivor Friend

Feeling constantly tired after cancer treatment for several years is a common problem faced by cancer survivors. Until now, the source of fatigue is not known with certainty. Similarly, the way in overcoming the dilemma.
A study involving 31 women undergoing treatment for cancer survivors cope with their fatigue problems. This treatment is carried out for 12 weeks.
These women were then randomly divided into 2 groups. The first group underwent 90 minutes of yoga classes as much as 2 sessions per week. Whereas the second group only get health education classes for 2 hours once a week.
Groups who underwent health education classes have the same fatigue as before. However, the fatigue experienced by those who took the yoga class was reduced to 26%. In addition, they were rumored to have increased by 55% of energy.
This now adds a long list of greatness that yoga can give to the body. Do not undo our intention to explore yoga. Do yoga and get a better life.
