Wanted: Friends With Healthy Eating Habit!

To have friends who have a healthy diet can help your weight loss program.

Believe it or not but research proves the statement. When eating with others, our food choices tend to be affected by what your friends have.
The study involved 70 pairs of young women who eat together. They found that people have the desire to be accepted. To accomplish this, they tend to go with the flow and mimic what is seen. This applies equally to the dining menu options.
If the friends we choose eat high-calorie foods such as burgers and fries, then we would easily override the desire to eat salad. In the end we would have the similar which is fast food burgers and fries. Researchers also noted that to choose to follow a healthy diet is difficult if at the same time we are faced with friends who are not eating healthy.
Therefore, if we are serious about losing weight and adhere to a healthy diet, check in choosing a dining partner. Go for lunch or dinner with friends who also have a healthy lifestyle to both support each other in carrying out the diet program. Don’t just because you choose the wrong dinning friends, your weight loss program end in vain.
