1. Tantra Yoga Increases Sexual Vitality
Tantra is a branch of yoga who seeks inner peace through behaviors they do everyday, such as breathing, eating, and the union between male and female. Ancient tantric teachings have been used for centuries to cure sexual dysfunction, strengthen the system of sexuality and increase sexual energy.
One of the poses of Tantric yoga is bandha (pelvic floor muscles lifting pose). This pose is similar to the movement of Kegel exercises. Functions of bandha pose are to first train and strengthen abdominal muscles, pelvis and genitals. Not surprisingly, this pose can enhance arousal, as well as the health of the prostate gland, blood flow to the organs of the reproductive organs.

Researchers give two different treatments in 68 men with premature ejaculation. They were divided into 2 groups. The first group underwent yoga for 3 months but the second group did not do yoga but took Prozac 20-60 mg instead.
The result, yoga can overcome premature ejaculation more effective than Prozac. All men who underwent yoga in the research progress in overcoming premature ejaculation and increase sexual satisfaction but only 82% of men in the second group experienced the same thing.
3. Yoga for Women Increase Libido
Another study reported that meditation in yoga can enhance female libido and sexual dysfunction. Sexual dysfunction in women includes decreased sexual desire and arousal, and difficulty in achieving orgasm.
Researchers on yoga, mindfulness (awareness of self and environment) found that meditation in yoga will generate awareness.
