Dangers Of Sleeping Pills

Research reveals sleep medications can increase the risk that makes us sleep forever.

Insomnia is very disturbing. Difficulty sleeping at night make it hard to focus through the activities the next day as we are constantly yawning and too weak. To combat this, doctors often recommend taking sleeping pills. Then, that so the next question is whether this drug have side effects?
The answer is, yes. Research shows that people who consumed 18 or more sleeping pills each year increases the risk of death by 3.5-fold. This is compared with those not taking sleeping pills at all.
The more drugs we take, the higher the risk of early death. Those taking 132 pills or more a year are at increased risk of death by 5-fold. In addition, it also makes us 35% more susceptible to cancer.
It looks like a sleeping pill can be as dangerous as smoking.
