Eight Glasses Of Water?

Is it enough that we consume eight glasses of water per day?

Most of us grow up with the jargon, “drink eight glasses of water a day to meet daily needs.” As a result, thirsty or not, we are drink 237 ml liter of water as much as 8 times a day.
This was not entirely correct. Researchers and study now recommendation to shift the jargon of 8 glasses a day. According to them, the needs to drink for a healthy adult can be seen from the level of thirst. And this is different for everyone. However, the average woman needs 2.7 liters per day (more than 11 glasses). Men were 3.7 liters (more than 15 glasses).
Surprised by the numbers? Wait a minute. This is the total amount of fluid that enters the body. This includes water from foods (20%) and beverages (80%). So, if you only count of the number of drinks, then in a day, a women need 9 glasses, while a man of about 12.5 glasses of water.
