Upon completing an exhausting and draining energy routine each day, you’ll just want to relax and sleep soundly when you get home. Yet somehow when bedtime comes, you find it difficult to sleep. There are many reasons why someone can not fall asleep on time. Maybe there are needs to be changed from a routine before bed to help you fall asleep faster.

Avoid any drink 60 minutes before bedtime, because it can make you wake up in the middle of the night to urinate.

Avoid physical activity 45 minutes before bedtime. Any sport or physical activity can make the body stay awake, making it difficult for you to sleep peacefully.

Wear warm clothing when it’s cold, and clothes that are more open when hot.

Reading before bed can stimulate your brain to be sleepy and in a short time, you will instantly fall asleep.
