Eat fish at least 2 times a week. The content of Omega-3 fatty acids in fish are able to strengthen the nerve cells in the retina of our eyes. So choose what kind of fish we like and place in the family weekly menu.

Eat eggs every day. The content of lutein and zeaxanthin in egg yolk is able to protect our eyes from the dangers of too light sun exposure.

Control your blood pressure. Increase blood pressure can interfere with blood flow to the retina of our eyes and cause nutritional deficiencies.

Proper protective.

Use eyeglasses that fit the standard. Choose the bridge or the bridge of our glasses. Choose an adjustable bridge for eyeglass lenses that are not too near the eyes and on our eyelashes.
